CENTURY FARMS
- The entire project will be covered with fencing / boundary wall of 6 feet height. There will be a jogging track of 20ft wide inside with fruit trees lining it for shades.
- There will be common guesthouse for the use and benefits of the members to be maintained by the company. Members can enjoy its hospitality free of cost thrice in a year for the maximum of three days at time.
- Each farm will have fruit trees of various descriptions such as mango, lemons. Caronda along boundary
- There with be 250 plants of Amla in each farm.
- Seasonal crops like wheat, tilhan, soyabean, dalhan, moongfali, methi, sarso, arhar, onion etc. will be cultivated as per seasons.
- Company will provide round the clock free security, adequate of water, pesticides etc. labour and support equipment for sowing & harvesting.
- In returns for the aforesaid amenities & services, the company shall have claim over 50% of the yield.
- The remaining 50% of the production shall be retained by the farm holder as his share.
- When other plantations like lemon, Caronda & amla, mango shart bearing fruits the company shall have claim over 25% of the yield and the balance will be the farm holder’s share.
- A 25 feet wide road will be laid to inter – connect one farm will another and for easy accessibility.
